CSR COORDINATOR
Position Title: CSR Coordinator
Department: Football Development
Reports to: Director of Football Development and Club Licensing with dotted line to Development Senior Manager
Position based in: Miami, FL

Concacaf serves as the governing body of football in this part of the world. POSITION PURPOSE:
The CSR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive operational, administrative, and project coordination support to the Football Development and Corporate Social Responsibility areas, ensuring the effective execution and reporting of Football for Social Change and Development initiatives across the region, while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment with other departments and the internal policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the communication, approach, and implementation of the Concacaf Football for Social Change Strategy (FFSC).
- Plan and coordinate logistics for all FFSC events and projects, including but not limited to material shipments, instructor management, travel, transportation and accommodation arrangements, printing of course certificates, and on-site course management for regional programs.
- Be responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing quotes for goods and services in accordance with procurement procedures, as well as receiving, securing approvals for, and processing departmental invoices.
- Maintain and update departmental data, including inventory, licenses, and benchmarking metrics.
- Support the Development Department by preparing monthly and annual reports detailing all development activities, and contribute to ongoing projects and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments to ensure the effective execution of Football Development and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Resolve administrative issues by analyzing information, identifying gaps, and communicating effective solutions.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- + 3 years of experience in CSR and development programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be bilingual (English andFrench or Spanish). Dutch knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record working with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated initiative, ability to effectively problem solve, and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working both as part of a team and independently.
- Candidate must have the flexibility to travel nationally and internationally for the performance of his/her duties. Approximate travel requirement: 35%
Due to the cyclical nature of the sports and entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules, including game nights, to reflect the business needs of the company.
